The Solution

Spark Grove worked hand-in-glove with the client’s head of communications and engagement to develop a yearlong campaign communicating the organisation’s purpose, vision, and strategy. The intent was to reinforce organisational identity and sustain high engagement and morale.

THE RESULTS

After a huge strategy launch event and 12 national employee roadshows, designed and delivered by Sparks Grove, 88% of employees reported being “excited or very excited” about the company’s future in the year-end survey.
