Keith Browning

Chief Executive Officer

As the founder of Sparks Grove, Keith has over 20 years of experience in delivering innovative strategic marketing and information technology initiatives. Over the course of his career, Keith has been instrumental in delivering progressive business strategies and results-oriented marketing solutions for companies such as AT&T, Delta Air Lines, IBM, and The Home Depot. Prior to founding Sparks Grove, Keith worked at AT&T in marketing and information services, ran the eCRM national practice at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting and led the Southeast office of Modem Media/Digitas. Keith earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Auburn University. He holds an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix and has completed the Executive Studies Program at the Wharton School of Business.

Sparks Grove co-Founder, Minsoo, has been creating breakthrough, award-winning work for more than 18 years. He is well known in the industry for generating big ideas that focus on creativity, usability and measurability. Previously, Minsoo held top creative posts at StudioCom, Sawyer Riley Compton, Voltage Factory, USWeb/CKS, and was the Director of Multimedia at Ogilvy & Mather where he established and led their interactive practice. Minsoo’s work has won many advertising accolades including the ADDY’s Best of Show and CA Advertising Annual. His notable past client experience includes Coca-Cola, Ford, Kodak, American Express, Blimpie and Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. Minsoo earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Emory University and graduated from The Portfolio Center with a portfolio of Art Direction/Graphic Design. He is also a featured speaker for AIGA, AiMA and Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.

Rob Sherrell

EVP / Marketing

Rob brings over fifteen years of strategic planning, brand management and interactive marketing experience to Sparks Grove. With an extensive integrated marketing communications background, Rob specializes in helping our clients expand their market presence by delivering breakthrough marketing strategies. Previously, Rob served as Director of Worldwide Marketing Communications for Delta Air Lines where he was responsible for the strategic direction and execution of all marketing communication initiatives worldwide. While serving as General Manager of Interactive Marketing for Delta, his team introduced many of the industry’s first online marketing innovations. Rob is a graduate of LSU where he received a bachelor’s degree in International Trade & Finance. Rob also holds an International MBA from the University of South Carolina.
